From October 21 to 22, 2023, the 19th Annual Conference on Science and Technology Policy and Management in China, sponsored by the Chinese Society of Science and Technology Policy and hosted by Zhejiang University and Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics, was held in Zijingang Campus of Zhejiang University。The conference was attended by thousands of experts and scholars from all over the country。

The Chinese Society of Science and Science and Technology Policy is a think tank in the cross-field of natural science and social science in China, and is the largest, most influential and highest level academic organization in the field of science and technology policy research。The theme of this conference is "Chinese Modernization: Innovation-driven Digital Empowerment Path and Countermeasures"。

College teacher Deng Chaoyan attended the meeting,In the sub-forum, he made a report entitled "Digital intelligence enables the high-quality development of National Reading - from the practice path of" book position "to" people-oriented",The report focuses on expanding service content and building media matrix.Strengthen cultural guidance, create digital promotion;Consolidate documentation and strengthen industry cooperation;Inheriting red culture and strengthening ideological and political construction are four dimensions,How to build a new high ground of national reading from "book-centered" to "people-centered" in the age of digital intelligence。This report is one of the achievements of the science and technology talent development project of Guizhou Provincial Education Department "Innovation Research on Intelligent Information Service System of University Libraries in the 5G Era"。This report aroused the interest of young scholars from Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology, Beijing Normal University, Harbin Institute of Technology and other participants.
